We aim to provide the highest standard of service to all of our clients. It is important that you let us know if you are dissatisfied with the services or products we have provided. By continuously analysing incoming complaints, we can improve the quality of our offering to you and our other clients.
If you believe that CTT Insurance Brokers has acted incorrectly and you are unable to reach an agreement with your advisor or the company’s representative, we ask that you submit a written complaint to our Complaints Officer (see contact information below). CTT has outsourced the role of Complaints Officer to Max Matthiessen AB, which will handle your case on our behalf. Please describe as clearly as possible what you believe has occurred and what you think we have done wrong. This will help facilitate a swift handling of your case.
Complaints are responded to as soon as possible, and usually within 14 days of receipt. If CTT Insurance Brokers has not investigated and responded to your complaint within 14 days, you will receive an explanation for the delay along with an estimate of when a response can be expected.
You may seek additional guidance from the Swedish Consumers’ Insurance Bureau, the Swedish Consumers’ Banking and Finance Bureau, or your municipal consumer advisory service. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may have your case reviewed by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a general court. If you wish to appeal a decision, it is important that you do so as soon as possible.
